All Purchase Orders (PO) can be submitted either by faxing 781-320-3669 or emailing email@example.com.

When submitting your first order via PO, please also complete and return this credit application.
A confirmation (with a copy of the sales order) will be sent within 24 business hours by fax or e-mail (as indicated by purchaser).
All non-instrument orders are typically shipped out within 3 business days after order is received/taken via FedEx, unless otherwise specified by purchaser.
If expedited service is required, please indicate that on the PO or when placing the credit card order. Overnight orders must be received by 2pm EST.
If a purchaser has a delivery service account number to be charged (i.e. FedEx), list the account number on the PO or give it to the customer service representative when placing a credit card order.
