 Place an Order

Credit card orders can be called in to 800-225-4034 or 1-781-320-9000.  Ask for Customer Service. 
Advanced Instruments office hours are 8am – 5pm EST.

Purchase Orders (PO) can be submitted via fax [781-320-3669] or by e-mail [orders@aicompanies.com].
 
The PO should be made out to: Advanced Instruments, Inc.
With a remit address of:
PO Box 845116
Boston, MA 02284-5116

Or to:  Spiral Biotech, Inc.
With a remit address of :
PO Box 845016
Boston, MA 02284-6016
 
Include both your billing and shipping addresses on the PO.
 
When submitting your first order via PO, please also complete and return this credit application.
 
A confirmation (with a copy of the sales order) will be sent within 24 business hours by fax or e-mail (as indicated by purchaser). 
 
All non-instrument orders are typically shipped out within 3 business days after order is received/taken via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified by purchaser.
 
If expedited service is required, please indicate that on the PO or when placing the credit card order.
 
If a purchaser has a delivery service account number to be charged (i.e. FedEx), list the account number on the PO or give it to the customer service representative when placing a credit card order.
